Dreweatts Auction House
Donninton Priory
We have recently completed an installation at The Donnington Priory, Newbury, for Dreweatts Auctioneers. One of their auction rooms had been recently refreshed and the Floor Club team carried out a comprehensive install. Stabilising, priming and levelling the wooden upper floor, prior to fitting underlay and finally gluing down the carpet - selected from our Naturals Collection - Bay 001, a 100% Sisal carpet, was chosen for its hard wearing and aesthetic qualities.

New Build
Binfield, Bracknell
Our client on this project had recently completed a brand new home and contacted Floor Club as the Developer was unable to offer LVT on the stairs as a purchasers extra. No problem...
The Floor Club team began the preparation by fitting ply to the riser faces in order to square off each step. The floor areas were then stabilised prior to an application of primer and latex to level the appropriate areas in readiness for the chosen finish.
To complete the project Premier LVT Antique Brass nosings were used along with Verdon Oak 24984 Luxury Vinyl Tiles from the Transform range.

Dreweatts Auction House
Main Auction Room
Following on from the initial installation at The Donnington Priory, Newbury, for Dreweatts Auctioneers. We were asked to return to fit out the main auction room on the ground floor. As on the previous install, we stabilised, primed and levelled the sub-floor, prior to fitting underlay and finally gluing down the carpet - again selected from our Naturals Collection - this time the fantastic Columbus 001, an Easi- clean Sisal carpet. Greys, Essex
The client approached us for advice with regards to their privately owned rental apartment in Greys, Essex. They were looking for something stylish and hardwearing and Moduleo fitted the bill perfectly. Our team of fitters up-lifted the existing flooring and took it away for recycling prior to latexing the whole area in readiness for the chosen LVT flooring. Ethnic Wenge by Moduleo was subsequently fitted throughout the lounge, kitchen and hallway and I'm sure you'll agree, it looks fantastic!

Sugar Quay, London
Two lovely ladies stumbled upon us, Floor Club, at the Ideal Home Show 2023 earlier this year…
Desiring only engineered wood throughout her lovely apartment in Sugar Quays, London.
We assisted in choosing the selections and finalised on TK104 Seashell by V4 Wood Flooring. To keep the level throughout, and to not impact other parts of the apartment, we carefully uplifted and disposed of the ceramics. Then continued to carry out the installation in a timely manner. The client is over the moon to say the least.
